<h3>适用范围</h3>
<p>本产品不仅适用于Western Blot,也适用于ELISA､ICC及IHC的封闭。</p>
<h3>使用方法</h3>
<ol>
<li>将适量的X-Blocking 低背景快速封闭液倒入一个适当大小的封闭盒中。</li>
<li>用镊子将膜转移并完全浸没于封闭液中,置于水平摇床上,室温振荡孵育10分钟。</li>
<li>封闭结束后,若搭配艾克生命的抗体稀释保护液 (Xblot-009)按比例稀释一抗和二抗,可获得更加干净和无杂带结果。</li>
</ol>
<h3>注意事项</h3>
<div class="note">
<li>使用平头镊取放NC/PVDF膜时,轻夹膜边角,避免表面划痕或压痕。</li>
<li>封闭时间一般为5-10分钟;表达量高的蛋白可缩短封闭时间至5分钟;表达量低的蛋白推荐封闭10分钟。</li>
<li>为了提高灵敏度,建议使用抗体稀释保护液(Xblot-009)进行抗体稀释。</li>

<h3>存储条件</h3>
<p>常温运输、储存,有效期2年*本品可能出现少量絮状物或轻微发黄,属正常现象,不影响产品性能。</p>

<h3>使用流程</h3>
<ol>
<li>一抗按照一抗说明书的推荐比例进行稀释；二抗按照二抗说明书的推荐比例加倍稀释，例如二抗的说明书建议稀释比例为1:1w的，使用本品的时候，稀释比例请按照1:2w。</li>
<li>高丰度蛋白(如内参蛋白)可在室温孵育一抗1h；低丰度蛋白建议室温孵育2-4h。二抗孵育时间建议为室温45-60 min。无需过分担心抗体效价损失，本品可加速抗原-抗体结合速度与效率。</li>
<li>本品稀释的抗体可在4°C保存3-6个月，在-20°C/-80°C长期保存。</li>
</ol>
<h3>注意事项</h3>

<li>若在4°C条件下进行抗体育，可更大程度延长抗体的使用寿命；</li>
<li>稀释的抗体建议进行分装，尽量避免反复冻融；</li>
